@ludgate - Thank you Megan! This was shot against a snow white background with some dark and light highlights. I used the Perfect Effects plugin for PhotoShop CS5 to add the blue/green cast and also brought out more detail in the frost and the highlights in the snow. The bokeh is natural reflections off the snow.
