How Many People Does It Take?

There was an old joke that went like this. How many [fill in the blank] does it take to change a lightbulb?
As I was waiting in a parking lot for my wife, I noticed these city workers placing the Christmas decorations on poles along this road. This isn't all of them. There was one guy in a bucket truck, out of the picture, and another individual on the ground. So there were 7 men in this crew.

Why couldn't I ever find that job?? Definitely one we've all seen at one time or another. Like how that green shows up.

@milaniet - This is the new "safety color" that crews working along any roadway are to wear. Personally I think that the blaze orange is more visable.
