Mourning Dove

The doves have been visiting a lot lately as the mating season has begun. They are looking for food and nesting material. The photo is soft due to the fact that I put the screens in and I shot through the screen.

I like the soft effect of shooting through the screen. Unfortunately we see very few doves in our garden nowadays, an inundation of wood pigeons seem to have scared them off!
