Cat’s ear (Hypochaeris radicata) is often confused with a dandelion — so much so that it is referred to as “false dandelion.”
Compliments of my neighbor's yard as he doesn't mow very often.
I just got down low and snapped a bunch of pictures hoping for a good composition as it was difficult to focus with so many of them. I was trying for one or maybe two to be in focus with an almost wide open shutter for a shallow depth of field.
