Our youngest granddaughter decided that she wanted to try out for majorettes. She is considered a junior majorette (middle school) but this was her first parade to march in. The band, silks, majorettes, and cheerleaders dressed in Halloween costumes as today was set for Trick or Treat. It rained during the parade, but the parade must go on.
@maggiemae - The head piece, which includes the horn, ears and mane came together. The fur around her wrists and legs were bought at a craft/fabric store. My daughter found some fur on Etsy that looked tie-dyed instead of striped but they wanted $67 a yard. A bit pricey for her pocketbook.
@haskar - The first one I took she had a very serious expression on her face as she was nervous and concentrating on watching the leaders moves . We moved to another location where I got this one and she had loosened up and was enjoying the experience.
