In honor of Tracy's Birthday...I decided to work out...NOT...I thought about doing it but as you can see, it didn't happen. We all had good intentions but we decided to go with Plan B...which included pasta and bed rest. That 4 days off and back to work today did us in. Tracy was in a body building show this month and won some trophies so we've decided to leave all that heavy lifting up to him.

@andiejaye@jessa610 You guys are too nice! I would love to do something like that but I'm not sure where I would find the time. Maybe after the project is done I'll work on that or maybe a calendar. I have lots of ideas...just not enough time in the day. Thanks so much for your comments!
The last shot is my favorite!!! It's awesome!!! I have to start doing my yoga again but every day I find an excuse to put it off.....The winter time just makes me so lazy, all I want to do is eat pasta, cupcakes and take naps while I pretend to watch TV.
How funny. Reminds me of the time I bought a new exercise tape and sat on the sofa and watched it, instead of getting on my feet and actually exercising.
