Too many Farmer market pictures this month. My mom when she visited me 2 years ago was fascinated by the different kinds of colors and sizes all the vegetables grow here in US. Bell peppes, potatoes and squashes. Same Vegetable, different colors. So i went crazy taking pictures of all the different fruits and vegetables in beautiful sunlight making them look even prettier and colorful. Felt like no editing or post processing was needed but please comment if the picture looks overexposed or too bright, so i can understand captrng light better...
You seem to have a little bit of flare right below the buckets. The light is too harsh with unlit shadowed areas. I think this would be more appetizing with a more soft lighting. Just a little more soft, because the effect you got in the fruits is nice.
I think in the conditions you had you did a good job. You can see the details of the buckets and also see the fruits rather well. In cases like this, when you don't actually know what will come out of the picture: shot 3 pictures: one darker, one brighter and another of what you think is the ideal light. Then you can later see where you got it wrong.
@gabrielklee Thank you so much for detailed feedback.i like the idea of taking 3 pictures with different lighting. I will try softening this picture throug picasa and see how it looks. Thank you once again.
