@simon0128 Thank you simon!! @daldry Rod, I appreciate the comment, thank you! @agima Brendan, thanks a lot! I have done a lot of studying trial and error etc... I do give you a lot of credit for the help. @onie Leonie, thanks so much, I missed everyone on here. I'm happy to still have a good bunch of friends here!
@swguevin Hey hey, yeah I've missed this place. Feel silly since my project has been put on the back burner...at least if I put something up it will be okay :)
Welcome back, Ronnie. I have missed you on here and look forward to whatever your photography has evolved into. What an awesome start back with this photo. He looks so 3D. The detail of this man looking up to the nighttime sky is incredible. FAV
@darsphotos Darlene, thank you so much. i've missed you and all my friends on here. The person in this picture is actually me. It started to rain last night so I have been wanting to do a rain pic for awhile now. Thank you for your compliments. It's so great to hear from you.
@snaggleture I had no idea that this is you in this photo, Ronnie. Since all we see is a small photo of people on here, it is hard to tell what they look like in a full photo. How did you do this? It is a fantastic photo of you. Also in your post you wrote numbers, I assume what you did or used to create this photo?
@darsphotos Hey darlene, no worries they are small pics! :)
The numbers I posted are model number for flashes I used off camera for this shot. I wanted to light myself, the rain and have seperation from the background. I placed one flash in front of me about 45 degrees and one behind me at 45 degrees. Then i stood out in the rain snapping away with a wireless shutter release. Was fun but very cold! Brrrr!
