Day 360 - Barn on Boxing Day by snaggy

Day 360 - Barn on Boxing Day

Playing with the new wide-angle again, then a bit of no frills HDR just to get the dynamic range covered, followed by some Color Efex (really warming to that).
that is a good result

You made that barn look really interesting by using the Wa lens.Cool shapes and starburst! I'm still struggling with my WA and hardly reach for it...

@ch1ppy_m1nton Samyang 14mm, which on Full Frame is ultra wide (like an 8mm on APS-C) And it's so sharp. Just got a funny moustache style distortion profile, manual focus and manual aperture setting (neithor of which is a problem at 14mm anyway). The distortion's not ideal, esp for architiecture, but I've found a decent correction profile now for Lightroom, so happy days. For £300, it's a steal.
Thanks @abirkill (how many times has that been said) for the recommendation on his star photography pieces.

@snaggy I am torn between a FF like the D600 or D610 and the Olympus OMD-1
Find I reach for my smaller cameras nowadays rather than lugging 10Kg kit around, but FF image quality is so good .... decisions decisions

@ch1ppy_m1nton FF mate, no question. The weight's good for you - treat it as part of your exercise regime ;-)
