This old timber framed house in Ludlow caught my eye.The red roses looked nice against the ochre paint, which is an earthy pigment containing ferric oxide typically with clay varying. from light yellow to brown red , often used on these old buildings. (I looked that bit up !!)
I love old buildings like that..we saw quite a few when we were on vacation if Germany last year. the unsual color and the wood trim give it the old time feeling.
I have never been to Ludlow but have read that it's a beautiful town & going by this has some stunning buildings ! An unusual colour combination but it works !
