Dipway Arch, Central Park by soboy5

Dipway Arch, Central Park

The Dipway Arch, in New York City's Central Park was designed by Calvert Vaux and features curved granite detail along the abutments. The inner passageway is lined with red brick and is divided into blind arcades of seven arches, each with a granite keystone. It is located just through the "Artisans’ Gate", at Central Park South and Seventh Avenue. Best viewed large.
Instant fav on this one, Danny! Not only for the composition and intricate details but love how you caught those shadows.

Loved all of the fabulous arches in Central Park. I did tons of silhouetted people shots in them while there! Nice with the bikes on top!
