Apalach Marine

Here is a prime example of urban decay in Apalachicola. Located on Water Street, the most desirable real estate in downtown, Apalach Marine has been out of business for some time and the building that housed this business is abandoned, decayed, decrepit and covered in rust. Originally built in the 1920's, this tin structure is in really bad shape. We will take a closer look tomorrow.
