The most spectacular Supermoon since 1948 is in the sky tonight. I encourage everyone to see it for themselves, as it appears 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than a normal full moon. The next time a full moon is this close to Earth will be November 2034. I took this image handheld with my Nikon and 200mm lens as the Supermoon rose last night at 10:44 pm.

Excellent. No super moon here, it was far too cloudy. Interesting to see the different positions of the craters between the Northern and the southern hemispheres.
