Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse

This is the tallest lighthouse in Florida and the second tallest masonry lighthouse in the USA. It looks resplendent in the golden hour.

Beautiful fav! Funny...I was just reading tonight about a beautiful mansion that was built in 1926-1931 called the Villa de Leon in Pacific Palisades, California. I use to live in the Palisades and passed this mansion, high up on the hill, overlooking the ocean almost every day. Leon Kauffman was the owner and his son, Pat Kauffman was friends of my parents.
