This weekend is the annual Scandinavian Festival in Junction City, Oregon. I lived there for 14 years, and lived very near there for 29 years. So we drove the hour and 15 minutes to the valley so I could get my favorite food there, bif paj! It's a sour cream pastry (in turnover style) filled with ground beef, shredded potatoes, cheese, onion, and seasonings. SOOOO GOOOOOD!! I bought 4 this year (and just ate one for breakfast!)
