My neighbour noticed that this (non-functioning) satellite dish on my roof had toppled, and was in danger of damaging the roof or taking out the telephone wire. He drafted in a younger neighbour, who climbed up and loosened the remaining bolts and tossed the useless dish to the ground. Original neighbour went back up and filled the holes left by the screws with caulking. I have wonderful neighbours!
