International Translation Day

Growing up in Canada I started young, translating from English to French and vice versa. Reading them in tandem might be a better description, but it was a way to pass the time at the breakfast table. This is actually a cat treat package, but as a kid one of my favourite bilingual "reads" was the corn syrup tin!

Thanks for sharing. Home language Afrikaans. My grandchild in the UK do get French lessons each week. I am also learning with a app on my cell. Duolingo and Google translate.
