Seniors Health and Fitness Day

Every Tuesday and alternate Thursdays I train with a super trainer, right there in my front yard! This went on all winter, even with snow on the ground. Weights and yoga mat get maximum use, and despite the ginger ale bottle, that is actually water! Other days I try to walk and do a bit of yin, or use my foam roller. (Oh, yes, I do qualify as a senior :) )

@30pics4jackiesdiamond She sometimes brings her beautiful dog with her, which is always a mood booster! The walks are good for taking lots of photos.
