Eyes wide shut

I had an idea that did not quite work. This is the result.
well, damn...it works for me. in seeing the hair there, i might be thinking now of what you intended. specific, peculiar, and consolidated.

I love the colours on this and the grain. With the dandelion you blow the seeds to work out the time! As kids that what we did so maybe this fits with a time theme?

@stillcrappysailor @kdimagery thank you. I was trying to capture a less somber image which in my brain looked nothing like this. I am quite happy with the result, but do you know that feeling when what you are trying dos not work out? I very much appreciate your feedback.

Hi, I'm your get-pushed partner this week, and after browsing your nice variety of photos I began to wonder how to challenge someone at your level of skill.
So here it is, although I realize this may not be too challenging, but for me it would be very much so: To capture smoke.
Yup, that's it. I hope you like it. :)
April 5th, 2014
@zosimasy hello Charles. That is seriously challenging. Thank you. I will see what I can do.

Lou
Dropped by for a fav this morning with no time to comment, till now.
Results of the camera's own volition always turn out to be my favorites photos, of my own and others'. Perhaps your idea didn't make it through, but this is a very strong image and beautiful to boot. I can picture many photos of your kids in a magazine or book, but this one especially.
