Gorgeous point of focus on your daughter's eye. The magnifying glass? Over the lens?

@jocasta yes just hand held over the lens. It has given a subtle blur effect on the right hand side which was a surprise.

I'm curious how you used the magnifying glass. nice result.

@mchartwig I just had the lens as close as it could focus, held the magnifying glass in front and moved the camera forward until it appeared in focus. Simple macro effort budget style. Hope that helps.
