Worked from home today, had a pile of stuff to do and knuckled down early. Cracked through most of what I had to do and ventured out for a walk down to a new pasture I found whilst on a walk with my Mum last weekend. Lovely field full of buttercups and dandelion clocks. My 50mm lens weirdly fell apart last week and I put it back together believeing that it was OK...judging from all the shots I took tonight, it appears it's not!! Grrr! So just spent some time on line to buy a new one and treated myself to a 100mm too. Even though this wasn't in focus properly, I quite like the breezy feel to this...a gorgeous sunny day with a nice cooling breeze. Chilling out tonight in readiness for babysitting my nephews over the weekend - have a feeling i'm going to need every inch of energy I can muster!!
