Thwaite Mill

What could've been a disasterous day turned out pretty well in the end. My brain is pretty well blown apart but we now have a plan to put the disassembled pieces of the jigsaw back together again over the next couple of days. Wanted to get back to the hotel early to go for a swim but firstly I'm really too tired and secondly it wasn't raining so thought I might be able to take a half decent shot. I came to this place last year and really liked it - same problem as last year was that the gates to get in were locked so could only shoot from afar! Night in the hotel, watching football over room service. Early night required!

Both shots are very interesting and different. I'm not sure I would have noticed that they were of the same subject. Love the reflections and wide angle here.
