Dropped my car off early into the garage to have its brake pads changed and headed into London to get my connection to Bristol. I travelled into London through Hammersmith; haven't been there for ages and they've done stacks of great improvement work...all the signage for the Olympics very evident - must say everything was looking incredibly pink!! Met with my boss in Starbucks for my appraisal which was a non eventful affair. Finished just in time to watch the men's diving...very disappointing! Took this on the way home - a remarkably empty station tonight. Got home in time for swimming finals and I managed to get a quick 5km run in, before men's gymnastics re-run (what stars those boys are!) and womens basketball. Trying out my new 17-85mm lens...
