Crazy busy day, trying to get loose ends tied up and reports finished ready for my holiday starting NOW! Eighteen days with no work...joy! Headed out to the South Bank after work to capture this high swing thing, I've passed it so many times in the last couple of weeks. Loved the Union Jack flying as it spun! Headed to Tower Bridge to see if the Paralympic sign was hanging yet. Annoyingly it is in place but fixed in the "closed" position, so no picture of it :o(
Stacks of packing to do and last minute preparations for my wedding shoot on Saturday - rather nervous about that one!
Massive apologies for serious lack of commenting, I am running at max at the moment, hopefully while I'm away I'll have a bit more time!

1) Helped the team to fix a massive issue they've been having and they are ecstatically happy
2) made 2 men on the train giggle when I fell asleep on the way home and had to be shaken awake by the ticket collector
3) Holiday here I come....!

Oh bejesus that looks high and I though they would be pods but people seem to be swinging free. Scary! How long you in Dubai for? Good luck with the wedding gig. At least its not a speech job!
@fueast yeah looked a bit too much like a park swing for my liking! In Dubai until 8th September. We'll sort something out for October if it works out with workstuff...

I missed this 'ride' or whatever it is. My son told me that he saw it on Friday but I was on Westminster Bridge at the time and couldn't see it. Looks very interesting. Funny about the sleeping but it happens to the best of us :)
