Trudging

It was a rotten day weather-wise. Woke up to a thick and damp fog. Bacon, pancakes and maple syrup for breakfast followed by a 6.5km run. Quick change and drove over to my sister's house to meet up with my Dad to exchange Christmas gifts! Saw this guy on the way trudging across a field with his metal detector. The fog remained all day with lots of drizzle to accompany! A good fun day with my nephews and family. Late home...need to get ready for work tomorrow and the first really early start since last year! ugh!
Gorgeous composition!
