Upside down

Stopped at my father's place to bring him some tomato plants. I went by the garden and saw that many residents there already have lots of flowers in bloom. This iris was the biggest I've ever seen. When I stopped by to take a photo, I noticed this bee hanging upside down. It looks likes he's hanging on by little hooks on his hind legs.
