Fireflies?

I put the question mark because I'm not sure if the little light of the fireflies will be visible after the upload to the website.
Anyway, I was walking along the harbour to take random photos of the boats but suddenly I decided to go up to the castle (La Rocca) and then down to the beach.
On the way I saw the fireflies, they were many and everywhere. It was a spectacle!
But without the moon and with only a distant street lamp there was not enough light to take a decent shot. So I ran back to take my tripod.
It wasn't simple to take this photo and I had to use a very long exposure, longer than usual for me.
I went home really late.

I see some in the sky. Or is that stars? Cool. I've always wanted to capture them!

They are magical and so difficult to capture with a camera, in a jar, that is another story. Points for trying. I miss them as they aren't here in Arizona.
