Historic Main Street. Park City, Utah, USA.

Park City was a booming Silver Mining town in the late 1800's. When the price of silver dropped it nearly became a ghost town. Miners often skied from one mine to the next. In the 1920's, lifts once used to haul ore, were converted to chair lifts and by the 1950's Park City had made a comeback through tourism. Park City also hosts the Sundance Film Festival annually. Come on by for a visit (especially if you like to ski).
A super street scene and great background

@jgpittenger definitely booming. Busiest week for skiing (other than Christmas)with the Presidents’ Day holiday. Plus we just got a big storm to keep the visitors happy.

This reminds me a little bit of Stowe, Vt. I'm not a skier, but my dad lived near there for many years. Very pretty!

I loved Park City! Spent a great day there...shopping and eating! :)
Nice capture of the hustle and bustle. It was much more quiet on the day we went.
