Lone surfer

I'm in the pool With students today so i popped down to the corner and got some pics got about 5 nice shots but this one has a certain appeal.This guys a local probably in his early seventies coming out after his morning surf.

It appeals to me. I wish I was surfing right now.... but the water is really really cold. Nice shot Howard. Beautiful, pared back and stunning.

Love the hazy colour in this Howard. It really does look like a misty early morning photo. Is the water cold there? It's freezing down here at the moment, but we are on the edge of winter.

@noo @murnane Thanks Denise and Marg Well we have two oceans here split by the Cape Peninsula the Atlantic side temperatures range from 6-12°C and this side from 14-22°C Today is probably 15°C so its not really that cold.
