My brother moved to another part of town about 10 months back and hasn't been riding much today he managed to join us for the afternoon ride.I rode up ahead and waited for him to pass by..yes then i had to catch up again.
Nice shot though- it probably didn't take you too long to catch up I'm sure! It's such a different topography from the shorelines you usually shoot and yet I'm sure it's not the far away.
This picture is wonderful . . reminds me of the book that I am reading now called, "Cycling Home From Siberia." He rode 30,000 miles, in 3 years, on the same bicycle! Good read.
@miley89@tkeen@mrcolabottles@sangwann@peterauliciems 5 years back this whole are was covered in mature pine plantations, they are slowly being felled and the land will be left open for the natural vegetation to reestablish itself
@kdimagery@paulaag@karenann@steempy@vernabeth@noo It's a great venue miles of jeep-tracks like this and then we have the narrow single-track criss crossing through the trees a its great mountain biking play ground
Great looking trail, how far/long is it?
That's what I miss where I am a decent bike trail, I really need to get back on my bike, I haven't cycled this year :(. Last year cycled over 3,500 miles.
@johnnyfrs There are quite a few options and you can combine options to cover close on a 100 km,Our training route which climbs up passed the mountain visible in the left is 11 km up and 11 km down,up taking us about an hour and down taking about 15 min
love the line of trees
gorgeous
Thanks so much for looking and commenting Sometimes getting out there after work can be a challenge but once your out on the bike its worth every aching muscle.
