In my hometown, there is an alley where graffiti is tolerated.Graffiti doesn't have to be offending. Most of the time, it's the complete opposite. That's what I like. Not when it's done by vandalists. But when it's art.
hear hear. i just done a grafitti one! there is legal graffiti all over my town. they have reserved walls, and lots of the shops and pubs have been decorated with big pieces. i love it! does help that banksy comes from here tho :) cool perspective and dof stephanie
