I love squirrel photos. Look at how intently he's looking at you.

He/she looks like you might be intruding into his/her territory. Just a slight look of perturbed.

Thanks Pat for your kind words @ppage

Thank you kindly Elizma @elizmafourie

Thanks Kaz, @wag864 if you look to the right under photo details and click on "view info" next to the word exif if gives you all the settings [5.6, 1/60, ISO 80] and camera details other than the type of lens. For this shot I used my little Canon Powershot, the lens is fixed/attached but I can zoom it in and out a fair way. I was very lucky, this little guy was very close to me so I didn't have to zoom very far, he was also very still which really helped.

Thank you Debby for your kind words :) @debbyglynn

Thank you kindly Alta @altadc

Thank you for your comments Babs @onewing Mary @mcsiegle @joysabin interesting to read your perception of him. The little guy/girl was actually munching away on something in the grass when I came up towards him, not only with the camera which is scary I guess but also with a dog. S/he then ran up the nearest tree and "froze" like they do when they are not sure what to do for the best. Poor thing, I took the shot and moved past it quickly.

Thats a great capture.
Really sharp. You either have a very steady hand, or this is one posy rodent!
