It's been lovely weather wise in London over the last couple of days and while opening my windows in my room at home I noticed how the sunlight was beaming down into the room and causing the net curtains to light up. I grabbed the camera and started shooting with one hand, experimenting with the other.
I was aiming to achieve a simple contrast of light and dark, as well as the neutral white of the curtain, my hand colour and the nice burst of the green from the garden.
