Day 030, Year 2 - Early Start At The Emirates Course

I should be in bed now as I write this - this morning was a very early start. Alarm call at 4am for a 5am call at the course for the first days coverage of the 25th Dubai Desert Classic golf competition. Tiger Woods is playing so there is a lot of fuss this week, and it meant we were in early to cover the action.
As we arrived I jumped out of the car with my camera and ran to the side of the 9th Hole, seen in the foreground to catch the working lights behind the trees used by the greenkeepers. In the background you can see the Dubai Marina skyline, which I thought looked pretty magical behind the white glow. It's a very lovely course and is probably now my current favourite to be at. I would love to play a round here.
