A quick shot on this day (way way back it seems now :) in Doha, taken at the end of the day before heading to the hotel, I grabbed the camera and did a quick run round the course on the way back to the compound and snapped a few pretties of the course. The skyline in the background isn't the city skyline, but part of the developments for the World Cup coming in 2022.
I am excited to see this skyline progress over the coming years and I can imagine it becoming a bit like the Dubai Marina towers which surrounds the Emirates course, seen here: http://365project.org/stevecameras/365/2015-01-28
3 good things:
1 - Yet Another good day weather wise in Doha.
2 - Seeing Alexis' face for the first time in 2 weeks (via FaceTime) after discovering it wasn't blocked by the Qatar internet authorities, like it is in the UAE.
3 - First beer in a few nights too in the hotel bar with colleagues.
