This is from the last evening of my stint away while working on the Reinterment of Richard 3rd in Leicester. After various hotel rooms, spare rooms and floors in my colleagues' houses I stayed at another friends flat in North London before heading home to Norfolk the next day.
It was the end of a fun but tiring job and I was very ready to go home, so I was keen to do pretty much nothing on my last evening. The double G&T was very welcome....!

1 - Nice smooth run back to base from Leicester
2 - Great gym and swim time with colleagues
3 - Nando's for dinner after the workout
