This is Rachel taken during a walk in the little town of Wroxham in Norfolk. This is the day after my Tough Mudder run and I was feeling very delicate and a bit battered and bruised after the course so we went for a very gentle walk, and maybe an ice cream to ease the pain :)
3 good things:
1 - My first shower after Tough Mudder that morning
2 - Meeting some of Rachel's very good friends for the first time
3 - A very good feed-up for dinner that evening
