Hello to all who read this...not sure many do nowadays given how long I have been away :) ... apologies for not being around and trying to keep up with everyone on here but my work schedule, and more importantly a lack of good wifi means I haven't been able to upload all month. I am hoping to get back into it regularly....soon.

So...this was taken at the start of July toward the end of a very lovely picnic dinner with Rachel on West Runton beach on the north Norfolk coast, as the sun was slowly making it's way down. We had cured meats, cheeses, olives, stuffed peppers, hummus, tara and crackers, along with a nice drink or two.
The sunlight tipped the evening off with a lovely show for us as we were slowly wrapping up for the evening.
3 good things:
1 - Catching up with a former work colleague over coffee, in Norwich that morning
2 - Hot and fast run round the village early afternoon
3 - The picnic on the beach was awesome
