This is the Captain's Pond near the small village of Westwick in Norfolk. I have wanted to grab a shot of this ever since I started using this road to go from Rachel's house to Norwich and on this particular morning I actually turned the car round and stopped.
It's a lovely little spot and the waters were perfectly still and it's been interesting to see it change with the seasons this year.

2 - Great fun picking sloe berries to make sloe gin
3 - Good run round the village that evening
