I have a few of these! but you have to keep on shooting. I now crack up the iso and with the big lens on try and keep my shutter above 2000. for handheld stuff. What say you?

@spud I normaly aim for around 5000 but with the iso cranked up, my lens creates a lot of noise. The light was awful for this shot hence the lower shutter speed.
