It's always the same birds I'm shooting now so the challenge is to make them more interesting. I liked the way the dark background made this one stand out.
Such a sweet capture -- is that the kind of food I need to get? My suet isn't attracting any birds. I got the kind with hot pepper in it so the squirrel wouldn't eat it
@jyokota suet balls or suet pellets are popular and sunflower hearts attract lots of different birds. If you have Squirrel problems, you might need to invest in a squirrel proof feeder or something to stop them climbing if the feeders are on a post.
@stevejacob Well I don't think I can call it a squirrel "problem" because Oliver is a very willing model who will pose for bread. But I'd rather feed him separately than the birds.
