Knowing I was going to be out for a long day, I took my little bridge camera with the big zoom out. It's been so long since I've used it that I took a while to remember how it worked.
I'm quite pleased with this result though from about 100 metres away of the Great Crested Grebe family
Nice shot. I always liked my P900 for bird photography; especially as a newbie. It was damaged when I had an unfortunate fall at a nature area. I now have the P1000 which is pretty much the same camera but significantly heavier (not thrilled with that). :)
Lovely family image. They used to live at York Uni but seem to have moved on - sigh
