Halloween in the business district

went downtown yesterday. This was a short-order cook costume outside a little downtown restaurant called the Rainbow Grill. There were decorations and displays up and down Main Street also known as Chicago Drive. The Chamber of Commerce and local businesses participate each year for some Halloween fun.
