simple inventions

continuing on the theme of everyday objects,
i photographed the "pushpins" of my bulletin board.
This little patented invention was created back in 1900 and had various uses. It was not designed to hold up a photograph on the wall, however. Sometimes, the pushpins were used in the olden days to mark a place on a map.
