took a drive and went for a nature walk yesterday to see Michigan's protected wildflower. Located in Aman Park and maintained by the City of Grand Rapids 6 miles West of the city... this 331 acre site is preserved as a Natural area. A true gem considered a large urban park just outside the city. In the Spring, usually in late April, This park and wildflowers are a must see destination where fields of White Trillium will take you away from it all.
