The breath and protection of family!

The 52 Week Challenge is this week about photographing family, but without people!
These old, but still useful, kitchen utensils inspired me. They belong together, they work together, they help each other out, they take the heat for each other. Enough motivation for considering them (if you think far out of the box into the abstract) the very abstract of a family :-)
Wonderful image

Very interesting concept and great photo. I particularly like the not-sowhite on white. Great macro as usual Marloes

An instant Fav. I knew it was one of your shots even before I scrolled down to your name. I like the composition, slightly desaturated colour, and shallow depth of field. On this occasion I even like the vignetting (of which I am not normally a great fan as in my view it is often over-used). All in all very nice.

I love your analysis here, and the way you have pictured them - together creating a shelter, but not a trap. Just how a family should be. So beautifully photographed too.
