This evening I’ve had a wonderful diner with a few (lost) games of pool with my family. We went to a real ‘brown cafe’ in the Frisian town of Stavoren. Café Max is situated on the water and there was this big, traditional sailingship, bathing in the red glow of the opposite red lit supermarket.
