‘No vaccinations needed’ is referring to my ‘sick’ face, that should look good/better if I had a vaccination... Too difficult to explain this ‘sick humour’ in English.

Ok. That’s a good explanation. I was worried because in Italy there is now a no-vax movement that is doing a lot of damage. Even the new ministry of health apparently said that vaccines are useful only in case of epidemics. That (as somebody wrote in fb) is like saying that condoms are useful only when you are pregnant😜
