Steamy 'Love'

This is a fountain in the north of the Netherlands (Leeuwarden), called Love. It's inspired by the misty, Frisian meadows in the early morning. It's from the Spanish sculptor Jaume Pensa who has, amongst others, a famous fountain in Chicago.
