Awww! Great shot of Lacy! I have such a soft spot for yellow labs. My in-laws had a yellow, Riley, who made a dog lover of me. He was such a happy boy, and he'd get so excited to see you, his whole back half would wag while he searched for a specific toy to bring you (different people got different toys).
Gosh, dogs are so photogenic, aren't they? Such a cutie
Re the book...we had some interesting discussions d/t the topic, of course (it's about a prostitute) but we also talked a lot about the characters and how they were developed in the story.
Suzie, I just noticed you commented on my sailing shot...was a fun day. Was not much wind when we first went out, but it picked up. Funny how things change in your life...about 5 years ago one of my girlfriends was dating a guy with a really nice sailboat and thus we met some other sailors so got to go out sailing a good bit...then that all ended so this was the first time I had been out on a sailboat in a long time...bet it was hard to sell your boat though I know there is a lot of work to keep it up...I guess the saying is something like the boat owns you, you don't own the boat...sort of like having a cat! Hahaha...
How marvelous! (I have a "grandson" named Hobbes...my daughter's cat...it's been a standing joke for a long while...) At any rate, such a nice picture of Lacy...such a happy face!
I laughed about your comment..."Mom o'Dill" ... yes, I've received the title around here...
